We start with a detailed analysis of Customers requirements and lay the design & path for execution. The requirement is further studied by our Expert Group, whose in depth cross-domain knowledge helps in better analysis. The Expert Group in close coordination with the customer confirms Software Requirement Specification documents and decides the execution model. In this phase we also make valuable suggestions to customers, on distributing the activities across consultants & ODC facility. After the Path has been set, we position the right consultants for the execution at client site and involve the teams from our ODC and OTC. At this stage again the members of Expert Group pitches in for monitoring the project and identifying and training needs for the team. We continuously take feedback from our clients and consultants in improving the process. Our dedicated consultants, full-fledged ODC & OTC and continuous involvement of members from Expert Group, helps us consistently delivery quality products and services to clients on time, every time. Selection Process Our selection process involves evaluating communication skills, technical skills and domain expertise. We follow a multi-layered process with several filters and internal crosschecks, to get the best talent on board. Every employee join our team goes through a stringent validation and verification process as they candidature pass through stages of resume screening, Initial assessment, Skills Test, Internal and external technical interviews, Behavioural Interview and Reference Checks to make sure that we get next generation leaders on board. |
